John Mark Weaver approaches four decades of practice in the profession of dentistry. Dr. Weaver grew up in Odessa, Texas, where he attended Permian High School. Dr. Weaver received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Microbiology at the University of Texas at Austin. He then earned his DDS degree at Baylor College of Dentistry with a residency in Temple, Texas. Returning to Odessa, he had the privilege to practice alongside his mentor Dr. John Q. Long for 15 years before Dr. Long's retirement in 1999.
John Mark married Shelly Daiss in 1979 and enjoyed a happy marriage until Shelly's passing in 2017. They were blessed with three amazing, adopted children; Holly So-Yeon, Josh Jin-Ho and John Jae-Ho, with a recently adopted fourth child, Dr. Ryan Ryou who is a pediatric resident in San Antonio. And four beautiful grandchildren; Jaylee, Brayson, Barrett and Braxton.
Dr. John Mark Weaver is a lifelong student of dentistry and proudly a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Permian Basin District Dental Society where he has served in all areas of leadership, as well as on the State Peer Review Committee for the TDA. He is also a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and pursues continuing education in the Seattle Study Club and Spear Continuing Education.

Kaylie was born and raised in Odessa, Texas and is passionate about helping others and creating a positive work environment. A graduate of Permian High School and former member of the Panther Paws dance team, as well as the OC Blues dance team at Odessa College, Kaylie also brings dedication and teamwork into every aspect of her life.
Since January of 2025, she has been assisting Dr. Weaver and has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to grow professionally while supporting patients. Outside of work, Kaylie is a proud mom to her four-year-old son named Zayne who is active in Jui-jitsu. She enjoys working out and spending quality time with her family.
Marianne started assisting at Dr. Weaver's office in September of 2017. She was born and raised in Odessa.
She graduated from Odessa College in 2016 and Odessa Dental Assistant School in February of 2017.
In her free time, Marianne enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends, family and her puppy Petey Lawndale. She looks forward to meeting you!
Heather began part-time assisting at Dr. Weaver's office in 2019 after being a long-time patient. Originally from Florida, she grew up in West Texas. She graduated from UTPB in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Political Science, and again in May 2024 with a Master's in Biology. Her goal is to attend dental school and continue serving the West Texas community.
Outside of work and school, Heather is passionate about giving back. She volunteers at Rays of Hope Children's Grief Center and leads a small group at her church. She and her husband, Isaac, recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary. Together they share two cats, Goose and Meowscles, and a Doberman named Meleys. In their free time, they love visiting Disney World, watching movies and playing video games.
Kaitlyn "Katie" was brought on to the team at Dr. Weaver's office in September of 2019. Katie is an Odessan where she attended OHS and OC. She was a dance teacher for 5 years before graduating from Howard College Dental Hygiene School in May of 2019.
Katie married Justin Holcomb in July 2017 and has some stray cats that have become her own. Her hobbies include playing with any pet in sight, decorating sugar cookies, eating sugar cookies, crafting, and trying to keep her plants alive. Katie welcomed her first baby girl, Jessa, almost two years ago and will be welcoming her second child in February 2026.

Raeven grew up in East Texas and made her way to West Texas in 2018, where she quicky fell in love with both the community and the dental field. She began her career as a registered dental assistant for a few years before graduating from Howard College Dental Hygiene School in 2023. Since then, she has enjoyed serving patients as a temp hygienist and officially joined Dr. Weaver's team part-time in January.
Raeven is a wife to her husband of nearly a decade, Ryne, and a proud mom to their son, Teller, born in 2023. Life at home also includes her Labrador retrievers, a small flock of chickens, and big dreams of one day moving to the mountains to spend her days hunting, hiking and raising a family in the outdoors.
Raevan is passionate about providing quality care while helping patients feel empowered to take charge of their oral health.

Vanessa was raised in the North Houston area has called Midland home for the past six years. She began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant, where she worked for 8.5 years before pursing her passion for patient care at the next level. In 2023, she graduated from Howard College Dental Hygiene School and has been practicing as a dental hygienist ever since. Vanessa is dedicated to patient education and takes pride in making a positive difference in her patients' oral health.
Outside of work, Vanessa is a wife to her high school sweetheart, Hernan Hernandez, and a proud mom to three children: Ruben, Nico and their newest addition, Emma, born in May 2025.
Vanessa enjoys spending her time with family, whether playing with her kids, taking walks together, or cheering them on at basketball, football and baseball games. An outdoors enthusiast, she loves staying active and involved in the lives of those around her.

Kerri grew up all around West Texas. Kerri has been in the dental field for 22 years. She first began assisting at Dr. Crane's office before cross-training to the front desk. She worked in patient administration until Dr. Crane's retirement in 2019, then made the transition to Dr. Weaver's office in 2020.
Kerri's best friend is her three-year-old daughter, Gia, and her goldendoodle Teddy. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
Adriana is a proud West Texas native. She has been married for 10 years to her husband Ryan sharing a sweet eight-year-old son Boston, almost two-year-old son Mason, and their fur baby, Bear. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, listening to podcasts and walking in the evenings.
Adriana has been in the dental field for eleven years and she is excited to serve you.
